Seriously besides owning all the cool skins is there a hidden icon to show you have bought all available skins for purchase i need 25 more so i wanna know.

During events that give out free skins if you own all skins they give you limited skins that are otherwise impossible to get

No. More skins are always being added so a reward for owning them all doesn't really work.

besides owning all the "cool skins", so what, you own everything below 1350RP but not all the Legendary, Epic, or Ultimate skins?
