How can I help my team get ahead when I'M ahead?

(It's probably important to say that I play Darius, Garen, and occasionally Pantheon top lane)

Hi everyone! I just got to Silver III, and I'm pretty happy. I've had my mind on getting to gold as my "minimum goal" for this season, and I think that I can do it! Now I am NOT saying that I "deserve gold" or that I "don't belong in silver", I'm simply saying that I think that I have to skills to CLIMB to gold. I'm a pretty calm person, I win nearly every lane, and I feel like there's a lot of other stuff I do that gets me ahead of my opponent. If you were to go to my op.gg page and look at my ranked games, you would see that I've went (My score:Opponent's score) 8/3 : 2/4 4/2 : 1/7 7/2 : 2/7 And so on. So I do win most of my lanes, but sometimes we lose, even though I preform well. And we lose because sometimes my team doesn't know what to do, or my team fell behind in lane and this caused problems. NOTE: I AM BY NO MEANS BLAMING MY TEAM FOR MY LOSS, I FEEL LIKE THERE'S ONE THING THAT I DIDN'T DO THAT COULD HAVE HELPED WIN THE GAME, I DON'T BLAME MY TEAM FOR "losing the game" UNLESS THEY INTENTIONALLY FEED (even if they go 5/10 I won't blame them) The one thing that I mean, is that I did not use the advantage that I got in lane to help my team get ahead, if they were falling behind Sometimes my bot lane will DESTROY the enemies (I had a varus get a triple kill early in the game!) But sometimes they might fall behind, which happens! I won't blame them for having a rough game because I sometimes have them too! (I've gone 3/7 and lost before, shit happens) But I don't know how to help my team get ahead when I have an advantage and they don't (ex: I win lane, one of the other lanes doesn't win lane)

If my team is losing lane, and I'm winning mine, what can I do to help them get back in the game or give them an advantage. I know that ganking bot via. summoner 12 exists, and I could roam down to mid after I shove in wave if things seem to be going bad, but I don't know how to correctly do this, or "correctly help my team".

The main question: What can I do (and how) to help my team get ahead, if I have an advantage and they don't (in lane)

Final note/TL;DR: My current mindset is that "I have the skills to climb to gold" and I thought that "winning lane nearly every single time was enough", when it wasn't. I realized now that I need to help my team with my advantage, and that by doing that, I feel that I could win more since I helped them get back into the game, but I don't know "how" to do that.

Please keep in mind that I'm not blaming my team for losing lane, since it happens to me sometimes, I'm blaming myself for not helping them. (This is probably what they mean when they tell people that blame their teams that "You need to work on what YOU can do to help them")

Thank you for reading!

objectives win games your best bet to gank bot with tp is to ask your team to "deep ward" (put a ward in the furthest bot lane bush from your tower) and tp once their team is preferably Midway/past the closest bot bush (with pantheon you don't even have to worry about any of this, you can just ult in and I think the ennemy team can only see your ult circle 1-2 seconds prior to your arrival) if your gank is successfull you'll want to take down the tower (at least help your team shove the wave if you can't take it down) and take dragon if it's availible another good objective to take is the rift herald, if you put it down when at least 1 ennemy is dead (while your team is alive) and 2 lanes are pushing you'll most likely be able to get at least 2 towers

the best way to help your team get ahead while you have a lead is to let them get the gold (let them finish off an ennemy on a killing spree, last hit the tower, etc.) but be warned that it's not always effective (I learned the hard way that 2-3 teamates aren't always able to kill a fed kat with 1/20th of her health left)

grouping is always effective when you're ahead but keep in mind that if you're the only one doing well on your team/breaking even you might have to do everything alone (so chances are you might not win that way)

all in all there's no single "better" strategy to win. If you're fed you could always focus on splitpushing (they'll probably have to send at least 2 members of their team to take you down or at least stop you) but if your team refuses to group on the other side of the map to push together and are instead scattered all around the map doing nothing it won't help you much either.
Ultimately you could always try playing different champions (garen and pantheon aren't that great after mid game and darius is very very easily kiteable so unless your team can set them up for you you might not be able to realise your full potential)
