People can play whatever they want. If they perform poorly, they perform poorly. The point of a game is to have fun.
I mean autofill is a necessary evil. Before you even think about stepping into ranked, make sure you have a couple champions down in each position, that way you won't have a nasty surprise when it comes around. And don't dodge because you don't get the role you want. Some of us don't like having to wait several minutes to see you whine and complain before finally dodging. And no, I am not dodging for your sake, you self centered tool

If I am autofilled I always start with "autofilled prefer mid". If no one will switch I will take the champ I am most comfortable with and try not to feed.
It's honestly impressive how much people enjoy griefing when under the same breath complain they can't climb.

If you're a Janna main, maybe you shouldn't play Zed top into Malphite/Kled when you're autofilled. It's also not the jungler's fault that you're 0/7/1 with boots of mobility rush without having been ganked a single time. So, I don't know why you're calling him/her trash, or spam pinging them every 5 seconds. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ But, I guess the best part about this game is it shows just how pathetic the typical human being is with anonymity present.

Don't even bother with Ashe or Caitlyn anymore.
If you get autofilled into ADC, ask for a trade or play Kai'sa, because that's the only way you'll get an easy to play ADC that WILL DO WELL.
What's really fucked up though is even if someone willingly fills they still run the risk of being matched up with an autofilled person and I'm just like what the fuck?! Also this same issue shows up when a new champion comes out like I noticed it with Pyke's release the most cause it's like you see someone pick or ban them and you know that someone who's in that roles doesn't know shit about that role. Finally at least next season's ranked will actively reward players who are flexible with their roles and I guess help those who aren't.

if you get autofilled you just play a champ you play that goes in that lane. How mechanically difficult they are doesn't matter.
Graves, although a faceroll champion, at least requires you to know how to invade and properly cancel animations. Two things that super easy to do for long time players. I get a first timer that picks Graves, tower dives someone that has 10% health, uses his auto attack at max range, doesn't even animation cancel it with q, and doesn't even animation cancel the q with his R. He didn't get the kill, and a combo that's usually 2 seconds or less took him 5-7. Like please play Yi jungle or something. The hardest thing on that champ is like an auto attack reset on his meditate and dodging things with his q.
