When will account transfer be back online?

I've seen the status update from nov 5th that account transfers are unavailable until end of tft ranked season, though on this link https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038152893-What-League-Rewards-Will-I-Get-2019-End-of-Season it says that tft season should end nov 5th.

So this left me wondering if anyone knows when transfers will be available again? Thanks

Wouldnt be suprised if they keep it off until the end of the saeson to prevent people from trying to reset their honor level by transfering to another server and then back to their homeserver.
