why is my history rank is unranked?

also I didn't get my plat border and banner, and its shows I am unranked in history rank, but I am plat 5 in mid of season, but my honor level is 1 cuz chat restriction. I saw someone said as long as I am honor level 2 again, the border and banner will show again. is that true?

i have the same problem as you. I lost my diamond border from last season.unranked wtf? they remove our past rewards for what ? wth is this shit . playing since 2010 if they remove my HARD GRINDING REWARDS. beleive me i will boycott this game HARDCORE
