Changed Ranked to Performance System

Ranked is based 90% on luck due to team and is not fair to players trying to climb. During placements and after it is near impossible to move divisions right now due to intentional feeders and trolls who should be iron 4 not silver. Ranked needs to change to a individual performance based system, not a who has the less-trolls based system. I've had 3 games in which bot lane alone went combined 1-21, 1-19, and 1-20 out of 11 games played. This type of play does not belong in the same lobby as me and only affects the players who should be winning.

I agree, my first placement game of Season 9, I did super well in lane, but I had an afk, and bot fed. However, I do not think ranked is 90% luck. Over a lot of time, I was able to carry my self out of bronze 5, to a less embarrassing rank of Silver 3. Do I think that some games I get unlucky? Frankly yes. You will win roughly 30% of your games because of your team. And you will probably lose 30% of your games because of your team. But that 40%, it a lot. If you were the perfect player, you would win around 70% of your games. Currently, Fakers account, Hide on bush, has a 65% win rate. No one is perfect though. Faker went 2-7-2 in one of his games.

Agreed my play is not perfect but I would argue, when I am winning my lane 75%-85% of the time and winning the game 40-50% of the time there is obviously a poor ranking system.
