Does riot plan on keeping role que's

People are just not trying at all in ranked and are abusing the current system. The game is horrendously unfun because of it and I was wondering if they planned to keep this a feature because I feel like it needs hotfixed. If people are going to int my games what's stopping me from running into another lane and afking to preserve lp on my main role? But if its anything like aatrox nerfs, we're going to be waiting a long time for any changes...
