Hi! I wonder if I get a skin by purchasing PROJECT: Jinx (Reckoning Chroma) + Icon. Or do I only get a chroma to the "Project Jinx skin" So I need to buy the skin also or is it enough buying the thing in the event shop? Thanks for answers!
You need to buy the skin. The chroma in the event shop is only the chroma. If you buy it, you will NOT get the skin and will NOT be able to use the chroma, until you buy the skin separately.

You can buy the Chroma from the Event Shop... But you won't be able to use it until you get the base skin.
As others have said, you ONLY get the chroma, no skin.
A bit of a saver's tip though, if you buy all the borders and chromas you want now, wait 6 months, this year's PROJECT: skins will be on sale in 6 months for ~50% off.
