According to this page (https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010365913) transfers were disabled up until December 4th. Been waiting a while to transfer servers and would love to know if/when the transfers will be re-enabled today. Thanks!
Where do you see that it says until the 4th? I'm looking at it now, and all I can see regarding transfers is this:
TRANSFERS AND RANKED We'll disable transfers just before the season ends, from November 12 to December 12. We do this so we have time to add rewards to your account before you change servers. Remember, your current season's rank doesn't transfer with you, so you'll need to play a single game to place into a new tier and division. The tier you end up in will probably be different from the one you're in.
I don't see any details about December 4th...
