Chat Restricted OK?!

Ummm wtf riot. I just got chat restricted for 10 days. I never said 'die' or shit like that.

For some context, I was in a game as Rek Sai. The enemy jungle was Vi. I was never there to countersink because I was ganking top or near my blue buff. The brand in my game died over and over to the Vi ganks. So, he blames me for being an idiot jg while flaming me the rest of the game. He literally just sat in base typing in all chat and blamed me for bot lane losing so hard. He types shit like 'why do you play jg fk'. Even the freaking add blames him and not me for us losing the entire game. So first off, I didnt start the flame in the first place and I'm being chat restricted. I just called him a whining baby with shit mental and to not play ranked again if he is going to blame everyone and just afk in base until we lose.

So pls at the very least tell me that dude got banned or had a heavier penalty than me. If not, wtf riot. My game got ruined because I was a 'shit jg' and got flamed for it so I am punished. I agree that maybe I was typing in all chat and being annoying but its either that or deal with that guys bullshit in all chat and blaming me the entire game making the enemy think its my fault and eventually reporting me.
