Does Olaf fall off late game?

OTP Olaf here. Olaf is very much mid-game oriented champion, but doesn't mean he falls off later. It depends of your item selection most of the time. If you run full tank then you will be much more mid game oriented than usual, since you wont have enough damage for anything late game. In that case you dive backline during mid game and peel for your team during late game. Olaf with several AD items falls off a bit late game sometimes, but not as mush as full tank Olaf.

Kind of but Kind of not. Olaf's Kit is just very single target focused, and lategame is a more teamfight oriented phase where Olaf is tasked with one Thing and one Thing only. Penetrate the backline before dying.

And depending on the enemy teamcomp that can sometimes be the most impossible Thing ever. I think Olaf doesn't fall off lategame, but simply isn't well suited for it in many times. But there are indeed comps where he actually is stronger in late.
