A good way to make the champ select phase better/funnier

Hey guys i was thinking about this one.

What if you could post memes or gifs in the chat room or the chat in the champion select phase? Wouldn't it be a better experience? I get people might post mean things but the same thing could happen with words. Also if people at riot can get back the memes if the mad person gets reported it would be fine in my opinion.
