I've never experienced League of Legends during Christmas and when I play other online games they do specials/discounts. Are Ultimate and Legendary skins half price off? Or what exactly goes on?
Usually, they will have all the former Christmas and winter themed legacy skins available to purchase, and they likely will have the personalized discounts shop again (you get 6 personalized discounts ranging from 20% to I think even 90%, and the champion price is included if you don't have them. Discounts are based on what your play preferences are).
The only thing I'd change about what Wolf said is that not all the skins go on sale. They choose some of them from previous years, or they bundle previous years together so that you have to buy them all, but they don't typically put them all individually on sale. Those that do go on sale might not be discounted in any way, simply released from the vault temporarily.
