League won't open AT ALL

So when the new patch happened a few days ago and i clicked on league it showed that it was updating.However, afterwards the league would not open no matter what i did.I even reached riot in a ticket and not even their help did anything.To be precise,i click on league and it doesn't even show me the league of legends icon when i do.It just shows the load on my mouse and nothing happens.I would appreciate a bit of help quickly cause im missing URF and it's sad.
