Anivia should fly faster if she has more movement speed

Right now it looks like that even with a lot of movement speed, Anivia just sorta floats through the rift like a giant manta ray birb. This will help separate the good Anivia players from the good Anivia players.

If you mean you think she should flap faster, I'd have to disagree. If anything it should be like Valor, with her soaring and not flapping at all.
