You were either AFK or were not near enough to a lane/jg to get any experience for virtually the first 15 minutes of the game. You will not get a victory LP gain if you're AFK during a game.

Seeing that the game was 41 minutes that means you dced for over 4 mins cause i believe for every minute you were gone you have to be in game for 10 mins to still get lp. That means you were gone for longer than you thought you were cause that 4 mins doesnt include the time before the game makes you dc

damn thx guys i get its to discourage players but its really harsh a person who will afk probably dont care about that game and wont come back its not the right steps. I'm trying to get backin as fast as possible and to get a loss its telling me o i was gone to long i should just stay gone go do something else and come back later to play, not that i would do that tho. I care about others lp also. if you are there for half the game u should get lp if ur not there for more than half u should get no gain no loss but never a loss of lp on a victory thats just plain dumb. There are way better ways to discourage afk give a penalty for playing ranked like a day if its frequent or something like that that effects people who dont care about that game and wont come back period. This just makes people more fustrated or sad
