What do you have to do to get fired from Rito HQ?

This entire season, along with the previous one, has been nothing but a continous set of detrimental garbage changes lined up patch after patch. I am asking a legit question: At what point does someone's work become _so _ incredibly subpar, despite being handed feedback on a silver platter, that a termination of the working contract has to take place?

Or perhaps it's OK for Rito to basically do nothing and get away with it as long as you don't do something overly stupid like DZK did? What does it take to get fired from Rito? Can I get a job there and sit on my ass while ruining the game and get paid for it? If so, where can I apply?

You can be on the balance team and be horrible at the job, yet keep it. But if you make some controversial comments on social media, then you are much more likely to be fired.

LoL esports has the most viewers ever this year, and ppl are throwing money at them for skins and gambling on chests.

So until the money flow slows, they will continue to make new game modes and skins, while ignoring the bugs, glitches and poor designing in game/client.

Watching the NA LCS this year has been terrible, so many pauses, so many "lag" issues, so many chronobreaks to reset the game to fix the bug.

if thats not tilting for pro players, i dunno wut is.
