Ranked placements remake

Hello!

One problem I am confronting with is the rank placements and points lost/won. Playing a ranked game mainly depends on your team, despite how good you perform in that game. I would like to suggest a different way to calculate the rank you are being placed after the 10 placement games and also a new way to lose or win points in your league, that should not be affected by how bad your team performs. For example, your top is losing very bad, your mid is afk half the game, your adc doesn't know how to properly farm, your jungle dies 10 times to the river crab, and so on. If you are doing your job, but get overwhelmed by their fed team when you want to snowball, in the end losing the game, just cause others didn't play their chosen roles (roles which, I guess, should be taken on what you do best), the same points lost go for all your team, even though you are doing your job, and they don't. I know it is hard to implement something like that, but it is getting frustrating to deal with toxic players, which either refuse to communicate, or just verbally abuse everyone when they die making stupid mistakes. Also when winning, if 4 out of 5 players do great, and one is just there to get carried, he goes up in elo, which is unfair for people who struggle to do their best. My opinion would be an adjustment in points lost/won based on criteria such as k/d/a ratio, objectives such as drakes, herald, baron, towers, inhibs, farm, damage/healing done, or even the final grade you recieve at the end, so that you won't get to lose a big number of points, just because your teammates decide to give up after they've lost a drake.

I hope this gets a little consideration, as getting out of silver/gold/plat is getting almost impossible if all your team doesn't coordinate.

Wish for the best,

Carnacior

Not that it matters since even if you win almost all your placements you're put in the previous tier anyways.
