I just want to know who is already lv 100 in just a few weeks. Me and my friends list are in 30-45. No where near 100 so please tell me

There's a guy on the EUW server called noliferapheal or something like that. He's the highest level out of anyone playing the game and he was around 80 Since a week ago?
Edit: I was way wrong he's currently lvl 217
I think someone on my list is like 51-56 and they play a lot of aram. I thought that was kinda interesting.
