Need Advice

Hey fellas,

I hit d4 this season and I'm pretty stoked about it, but the friends I play with are silver and below. We usually play normal draft to pass the time and have some fun and I play it to break the monotony of my normal adc role and try new lanes/champs. I've been having difficulty lately with the randoms in game, though. I feel like they have unrealistic expectations of diamond+ players because if I don't carry them to a win with a champ or role I'm less familiar with or if I have a bad game, I automatically get flamed for boosting or account buying. I'm not too sure what to do, I'm just trying to have fun with friends but they make it difficult to do that and everyone winds up in an argument even when I try my best to ignore them to begin with. Is there something I should tell the randoms or am I just better off muting everyone except my premades right off the bat? Seems like a silly question now that I type it out, but I'm gonna ask it anyway. Any of you other ranked players have this problem?

Thanks, Oven

Make a Smurf and just play it to silver?

Congrats on Diamond dude! I'm trying to get there myself :)

I actually do very similiar things. All my friends are also silver or below while I am P2. I have a ton of fun playing with them. I dont' usually get flamed for not carrying or whatever, but if i did, i would just mute them and continue the game. If I was in a bad mood I would probably flame them for being silver then mute them but that's kinda toxic lol.

Hope this helps even though it probably doesn't
