Did not do anything but account is banned

i tried to log in and it says account cannot be logged in cuz it thinks that i have hijacked the account so i send a support ticket and i answered every question except which champs i bought in what order thats it, and this support agent keeps saying i havent given enough info when i answered 90 % of the questions, i even link a receipt for a gift card that i used, only reply i get is this person wants me to answer the same questions that just wrote, also who would ever want to steal a bronze 4 account anyways lmao pls some one look into this for me, its quite suspicious that after i posted saying some bad things about the game that this happened too
