While I understand cute is subjective, here are some cute and/or silly skins from serious champions:

Beekeeper Singed
Moo Cow Alistar
Renektoy
Baker Pantheon
Barbecue Leona
Butcher Olaf
Definitely Not Vel'Koz
Meowkai
Archduke Nasus

The list goes on (and the Pool Party skins can qualify). These skins are less common, yes, but champions that aren't normally cute/funny do, naturally, get fewer cute/funny skins, as that's not really their main fantasy.

Rengar, Yorick, Fizz and Corki aren't serious champs? Maokai and Alistar aren't serious champs? Kogmaw and Renekton aren't serious champs? Gnar isn't a serious champ?
