As much as I hate some of the champs he's designed, they wouldn't be so bad if the balance team knew wtf they were doing. But I figure they haven't been getting it right for the past 8 years, why would that suddenly change now

As others have stated, CetainlyT legit isn't a 1:1 for "imbalance."

Sure, CertainlyT champs are often frustrating, but so have many recent champs which he wasn't officially part of Azir AurelionSol Ekko Camille Galio Ivern Illaoi Kayn Ornn Taliyah (I'm sure I missed some). At this point imbalance should be expected in new champs.
