Rune pages and gifting

Some time ago I gifted a rune page to my smurf account with RP. Will I get anything on either account for it or is riot just going to rob my 590 rp?

They wont rob u of anything. Rune pages will stay. Skin for 4 pages is just something extra, small bonus.
