How do I equip my border?

I have both the Demacia Vice Garen skin, and the 250 arcade tokens profile picture and border for him, however I have no idea how to equip it. I play with both the skin and icon but it does not activate the border and I found no place to manually equip it. I am below level 30 and run a chroma on Garen.

I'm not sure if what I say is correct but it's probably a bug. If this continues make sure to report the bug from the client (down in the right corner) or to send a ticket. Hope i helped :)

it auto equipes when you use the skin....
