Lee Sin buffs on the PBE?

Yes, yes it is.

It's kind of sad that riot only buffs some champs for worlds to make them more pickable in the pro scene. I mean if the champ only gets attention around worlds, it might need work.

It is.

Although, not the worst thing. Lee Sin, the early jungler, is outperformed by J4, Sejuani, Voli, Vi, Nunu, Hecarim, Elise, Xin, Rek'Sai, Gragas, and more at... his own job.

Also historically, if Elise is a contender at such a high level, Lee needs to keep it in line. He's due for buffs or many junglers are due for nerfs; not liking him doesn't really change anything.
