Getting additional S's after getting M7 or while maxed on M6/7 Tokens should give you blue essence

I have like 4 M7s ready to be crafted but absolutely no blue essence. Not to mention that every time I actually manage to save up the 1700 for the champ shard its usually or for some reason. I think giving BE for additional S scores would be a step in the right direction for improving the satisfaction of the Mastery system.

Yeah, I'm a little worried about how much it's going to be costing to level up champions to 7 in the new system. I have 38 mastery 7 champions at the time of writing this and even though I almost have every character I regularly play to 7, I am a little worried in the future that it is going to cost too much blue essence/IP to level things up. They should honestly just make it not cost anything except tokens to get 7 champions.
