Rp not added in my account

Hello people So I just purchased RP from the method OneCard I bought 750 Rp , Then I was asked to wait some time and then click complete And then when I waited an error popped out , So I said imma close the window and try again And when I closed it a message came on my phone that the credit has been removed from my account which means that I should receive my rp but it's not in my account yet Anyone can please help me
