37 mins with 180 cs and no S-, ugh...(8 3 13 kda).

definetely 200 ... some players can even get 300
thats too low 5cs/min if you want a higher mastery get 7.5+ with a high KP not a KDA 7cs/m and 60% kp is around S-, S rank 8.5+cs/m 60% kp is S-S+ S+ needs a good kda tho Supports need a high vision score instead of cs/m
It also depends on the average for your elo the higher the elo the higher the average you need to beat
That’s pretty low. Either you farmed a lot and then just killed after 12-15 min or you didn’t farm much and then started to more later on. Only reason I say this is farming is something I’m working on.
180cs at 37 mins is fucking horrible, what were you playing? Ivern?
You are sitting at like 4.8cs/min 6-8cs/min is average 10cs/min is excellent
