why cant we see health bars on minimap anymore?

For some reason I see it in the normal draft/blind but not in ranked. I hope this is not a ranked 'feature'

This shit needs to be fixed ASAP. Don't know whether or not it's a bug but as a jungle main it is certainly pissing me off to not know a visible enemy's health without moving my camera to them, when I used to be able to simply mouse over and get a decent idea beforehand. Messed up most of my game running to gank dead-in-the-water enemies, similar problems from not having bars on the minimap. I could get used to it if they brought in something like visible enemy bars, but this is just too detrimental to my game.

Yo yeah, Thank you for seeing this as well. I thought i was going CRAZY.. Now i see someone with the same issue!!!

I dont see it in draft OR ranked... IM SO CONFUSED..
