I initially 
had boots but I went with visage late game instead 
figured abyssal would help me heal a bit

Like all builds, it varies on circumstances.
I almost always rush triforce, unless it is against a tough lane.
After triforce, generally build full tank, what items depending on the enemy team comp, sometimes I slip in a bloodthirster though.
steraks should be good now cause it increases the damage of triforce proc otherwhise go full tank after triforce
