Tired of it

Hope all of the people that use autism as an insult have an autistic child so that they can understand how that feels. Going to be reporting everyone that uses that as an insult. Making fun of special needs really isn't cool at all....

I'm around literally autistic people 24/7. They use autistic as an insult on a daily basis.

Do you think it might have something to do with how bad you are at this game? Instead of blaming everyone else because you choose to throw the game for 4 other people who may or may not be better than you, why don't you try out one of the other modes to improve yourself.

Tutorial Bots > Easy Bots > Intermediate Practice Tool

But instead, you think you can jump right into a PvP because....? There's literally NO incentive to do this.

Sadly you’re just gonna have to learn to live with it.

I'm actually autistic, Asperger's Syndrome. I'm high functioning enough that most of the time people don't notice. The thing about autism is organisations and the doctors and what not try and set the narrative as they are just not neurotypical. While this is true of many autistic individuals, for the majority, it's just a disability. Part of it is, yes, they are just not neurotypical, they are mentally left handed in a world made for mentally right handed people is the best way to put it. I'm not talking about left or right sides of the brain, but rather how everything in the world is designed for right handed people. Doing anything, even working on a car, as a lefty is extra difficult. It's not just that with autism, though.

The other part of it is just that autism is a disability, It's not a good thing. I'd gladly give up a leg if I could get rid of the autism, there would be no hesitation. There is one thing, though. You know how I said all that jazz about "oh, they just aren't neurotypical but they are super smart!" about autistic people is bs? Well, it's not -always- BS, it's just usually BS. Bill Gates is actually autistic, and so are lots of incredibly brilliant people. The smartest person I ever met, the only guy to pull down a million dollar grant from his college for his work on RNA transcription, he was also the second most autistic guy I ever met. If you rearranged even one spice on the spice rack, he would grab you by the arms and drunkenly scream at you for hours if you were unable to escape his grasp. That is autism, it's not pretty, but yes, sometimes it does grant true brilliance, just not usually.

I'm with you OP, it's a serious issue and people should find some other way to insult one another that doesn't demean and misrepresent people who genuinely deal with Autism.

Are you implying having an autistic child is bad? :o 👀
