sustain mid lane

so was wondering what the communities thoughts were on inspirtation vs resolve secondary in mid lane on ap casters. mainly considering bone plate and second wind or maybe conditions vs biscuit delivery and cosmic inside or time warp tonic.

I have been using the inspiration with biscuits for mana and hp sustain with cosmic for the 45% cdr. I think inspiritation also gives some ap aswell but cannot remember.
