Second dodge in a day, and it's 30 minutes because I had someone lock in Jhin with Ghost/Cleans and spamming racial remarks in champion select. I don't get why I'm being punished for this long because I unluckily got queued with some troll. I would rather take the -3 lp than the -17 and 20 minutes of wasted time.

...You could deal with the situation in a mature manner and simply put in a detailed report as to the nature of the offending player(s) behavior.

By dodging the queue you are doing something just as annoying/toxic as the Jhin you mentioned in your post. Don’t stoop to their level, just report them after the game.
