Query about rejecting gifts/only accepting gifts from trusted players?

Hi this may seem like a very odd query as who doesn't want free stuff? However if that free stuff is purchased with a fradulent charge (either some grey market stuff or a chargeback) not only will the account that made the purchase be affected (suspended) but also the one receiving the gift.

Can Riot offer any clarificaiton on how to avoid this happening? I do not wish to be banned because a random player has given me a gift with shady RP. There currently seems to be no way to avoid this happening?

Any chance on an RFE being raised internally to develop such a feature as a trusted sender list?

I understand Riots approach to this and a lot of other companies do exactly the same thing (Digital Extremes being the first that springs to mind) However unlike warframe the "trading" system in league is non-optional if someone wants to send you a gift you have no say in the matter. I'm just wondering if anyone can justify this for me?

Thanks,
