Sometimes I die because I think since it's mostly closed down... it won't MOVE WHERE IT"S GOING ANYMORE... but nope, so now i'm really stuck in a corner and just get to die in a damn fire.

I would pay to have Paranoia removed in general. People hated it in the first Nexus Blitz, no idea why they bothered to keep it.

I think you mean the ring of flames around the combat zone, which is not "Paranoia".
Paranoia is when you lose all vision except for your champion's, which is also reduced.
The Ring of Fire, at least until it's starting to really close in on the last 1/5 or so of the map, I use the mini map to gauge its border best. And that's something you'll see through paranoia as well.
