Clash Canceled in NA for the ENTIRE Weekend.

I just can't believe I relied on Riot to organize something of this nature. People can organize their own in house tournaments with ease, but the company who built the game from the ground up can't do it? I am so confused and shocked. I am also very disappointed because my friends and I finally set aside a time we could all play and were looking forward to this evening for like 2 weeks. I hope that riot does something in the way of compensating players for their time lost. I could have made a million other plans, but instead I am sitting here waiting for an online lol tournament that is never going to happen. And on top of everything they waited until 2 hours before to cancel it. People have missed out on concerts, sporting events, dinners with friends, time with family, and any other thing that would necessitate advanced planning. We need to be reimbursed for this.
