I mean, do we honestly expect anything of Riot at this point that comes even remotely close to being able to be labeled as "quality customer service"?
They've been pretty straight forward about only a few handfuls of things the last half a decade as a company, and that is that they do not at all care about the players, their experiences, or the viability of this game outside of esports, and that they will sacrifice all those things for the sake of whatever remaining profits they can drag from the hands of consumers for the short amount of time this game has left to live.
It's been pretty sad to sit here the last decade and watch the downfall of something that was once a great thing with ya mate, but at least we made friends.
