A problem with Legendary skin quotes

Hello, I noticed a little problem with the quotes of legendary skin, so I don't know if it's like that for everyone.

for example with Star Guardian Ahri I very very rarely hear sentences when you kill a champion, I went on this site some time ago and in the section "Upon Killing an Enemy Champion" I'm NEVER at least hardly ever practically heard it's sentence while I play all the time with this skin

I find it too bad because there are a lot of quotes that are not used :(
