Little 'rant' about me being hardstuck silver

So I was just wondering, what would you guys think if I(or anyone else) go from being hardstuck bronze, to making a new account with fresh MMR and placing in gold or even platinum right off?

Would you consider this any form of cheating(in a sense of 'are you actually earning your ranked status' because you skipped climbing through hell and just made a new account to get placed there) Or do you think they earned their placement, simply just because they're there? Like now that the player is placed in gold, rather than being in stuck in bronze, is he automatically better than the bronzies and a better player in general, when just before, he was a hardstuck bronze noob who is accused of deserving his rank simply because he's in it?
