Refund for bonus rune pages?

It's a long time ago by now, but back in the day Riot would occasionally give players free rune pages. I'm pretty sure all of my pages are of this type, but I haven't been able to find any proof of it. My question is: do we get any refund from those pages? and if so do they count as RP or IP bought pages?

I don't really expect anything from these pages since I literally paid nothing for them, but it would help me get a more accurate read on what I will get when the new system kicks in.
