Oceania transfer problem

I was trying to transfer from Oceania to Japan server. However, there isn't any transfer option in the account section in the store. Is transfer unavailable in Oceania server atm?

Same problem. I was trying to transfer from Oceania to Brazil. There isn't any transfer option in the account section in the store. I WANT TO PLAY!

Are you guys from Australia? Last I checked it was still a prison colony, so that might be why you're having trouble leaving.
