rework fizz

id like to see fizz rework even tho i dont see fizz getting a rework but seeing akali got one i think fizz should get one as well even tho that he dont need one it will be cool if he actully get one since alot of old champs getting reworked and maybe fizz is on the list idk but it will be nice to see it tho
