How to get Super Galaxy Skins?

I (an Annie Main) want to get Super Galaxy Annie (Of course) and I noticed it was not purchasable. Does that mean I need to spend money on chests to have a chance to get it?

Skins usually don't go live on patch day, but arrive later that week or early the next, spacing out content for that patch. They will be visible but unpurchasable in the shop, but you should be able to buy it soon!
