Wierd Dodging Glitch?

So, I got a party of 4 friends together to play urf, one of my friends didn't get the champion he wanted, so, naturally he wanted someone else to dodge. I really didn't want to, but I gave in to his begging and attempted to dodge, it was at the very last millisecond of champ select so I didn't think it worked, but sure enough, it did, the launcher loading screen wasn't booting so I opened the launcher and there was no reconnect button, just the normal league home screen, friendslist, play button, etc. I went to go invite my friends to another urf game and wait out the dodge timer, but only one wasn't in the game, he also attempted to dodge at the same time I did, (we were in a discord call). My other friends told me no one ever dodged and the game went through. It was strange because they said we were in the loading screen, but we were automatically put to 100% like we were bots. even though we were in the loading screen, we weren't in the game, two different summoners with different champions were in the game in our place, they said they were separated from their friends as well. I've never heard of this happening and I didn't know something like this was even in the game, usually when I dodge at the very last second of champ select it fails and the match continues with me in it, or allows me to reconnect. Has Anyone else experienced this?
