TBH I like some of the community skin concepts more than the ones in the actual game, Elderwood Kindred being the prime example of this. It really sucks to see such well though out skins go to waste.
I am fond of Arcade Ahri due to her color-changing tails, but it's not my favorite skin. I honestly don't think I have a favorite, but Jhin's skins always rank higher than the rest for me because he's my main and I love him.
Project Vayne. It's so good it got me into playing Vayne even though I hate Vayne.

Hard to say. My favorite line of skins has to be Dark Star (which I'm still highly confused as to why Jarvan is getting a Dark Star Skin, and not Xerath or Vel'Koz). If I had to absolutely choose, it would be between Dark Star Thresh, Dark Star Orianna, or (way off theme) Heartseeker Quinn
