cant remake

In my team, the supp got afk or disconnected something like that around 4 minutes, but the game still happened and not remake. We had in case 4 vs 5 , and we were lost the game cuz the afk, so who fault is that. Riot or the afk. I lost 1 game cuz that stupid reason.
