Optimizing Your Opponent's Frustration

Say that your goal is no longer winning, but dead set on giving the top lane opponent the biggest aneurysm in the most creative way possible.

What is the most disgusting, dishonest, frustrating, anti-fun and memey build for any given champion can you think of?

Appreciated qualities:

• Brain dead, easy to use for the amount of frustration it yields. Riven wouldn't count since it at least feels a bit good knowing you went against a player that earned being able to do good against you.
• Limited counterplay, just weak enough to get the type of players that can always chime in "well actually, if you just do X Y Z, (insert frustrating build in here) isn't actually that bad"
• Created from an inspiring deviant sense of cruelty.
