Where is my blue essence?

So I just logged in, it said I would get 22k blue essence.

I clicked ok, and got nothing?

How do I claim the essence?

I played one game, have the mission completed and still not my BE

U gonna have to play 1 game, check missions. You can just play 1 game against bots to get all things

i restarted the client and all of my missions disappear
