Akali rework

I am very angry right now.Riot reworked one of the most annoying champions in the lol history to make her even more annoying wtf. There are some champions that had 45-46% winrate hole year and Riot doesn't even care about them. The ,,balance,, is less than nothing IMAO.Azir needs full combo and some turret shots to kill an enemy and there are some champs that only press buttons randomly and get pentakill. That's balance? What's next?Rework Master yi to get pentakill from passive and then nerf azir to have 30% winrate? There are much players and streamers that play the game very much and know what it needs to be done. They could be better than Riot's balance team I am sure.

I've already said this on another post but:

  • Passive - Assassin's Mark

Akali must leave the circle to empower her kama To maximize damage, Akali needs to rotate her spells and basic attacks while moving in and out of the circle. This gives enemies opportunities to escape or counterattack.

  • Q - Five Point Strike

Extreme energy cost (half of her entire energy with one point, scaling down with levels) Healing only works when her energy level is at 180/200 Low range Small target area

  • W - Twilight Shroud

No longer allows her to blink No longer slows enemies within the effect area Lasts 5 seconds instead of 8 which increases upon level scaling, but only to a maximum of 7 seconds. Shroud duration can only be extended by popping in and out, but this gives the enemy opportunities to attack Spell only begins CD once the shroud fades High CD

  • E - Shuriken Flip

Akali backflips a distance from the cast-point and so a miss can lead to enemy escapes The target must be hit with the shuriken for her to dash to the target, but this makes Akali's attack and engage path extremely predictable High CD

  • R - Perfect Execution

The first cast deals little damage and applies a 0.5 second stun. The second cast is the main damage and so once the first R is used, the second cast is predictable First R cast range is not very long (barely longer than her Q range), the second cast has an increased range. It takes 3 (or maybe it's 2.5) seconds for Akali to be able to cast the second R and stays constant through all levels and CDR High CD So now, unless extremely ahead, she cannot simply blow you up within a second using only R>Q>AA>Hextech Gunblade>Electrocute. The rework changed her to where it takes time for her to deal her damage and it gives enemies counterplay options. She basically embodies the 'dodge in and out of a fight' style and must play safe early until she has a viable way of getting on top of the target. She does not have a constant source of sustain because the heal only works when her energy is near-full. There are positives to the rework that I haven't mentioned because this was just meant to be a list of her weaknesses.
